Description: The bench mark is a flange encased rod set in the grass north of the harbor, 25.25 m (82.8 ft) west of the centerline of Harbor Road, 21.83 m (71.6 ft) south of the centerline of O'Neal Road, 8.79 m (28.8 ft) east of a 90 degree corner in the seawall, 3.68 m (12.1 ft) WNW of a 45 degree bend in the seawall and 1.30 m (4.3 ft) north of the seawall and an orange carsonite National Ocean Service witness post. The datum point is 11 cm (4 inches) below ground and encased in a 5-inch NOS logo cap.
